WATER/SEWER EMERGENCY

If your water is not working, and it is a weekend, first confirm that you have paid your water bill.  Water accounts that are not paid by the first day of the month will be disconnected and will not be reconnected until the next business day after the account is paid in full. (Code can be found in menu)

After you have confirmed that your bill has been paid please use the following emergency contact number(s):

Billing questions should be made to the office (770) 967-6371 during normal business hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.  The after-hour contacts do not have access to account information and cannot discuss accounts or accept payments.
