Flowery Branch Bay Park
DUE TO THE RECENT STORM, OUR PARK IS UNDERGOING REPAIRS AND IS CURRENTLY CLOSED.
The City of Flowery Branch currently leases a 6.5 acres City Park located on Lake Lanier at 6111 Mitchell Street.
Flowery Branch Bay Park has a picnic pavilion, playground, grill and a great view!
The park does not have a boat ramp but there’s great fishing from the shore or from the pier. There are boat ramps right next door at Hideaway Bay Marina (formerly known as Starboard Cove Marina). You could easily spend the day fishing, gawking at boats or the train that runs along the edge of the water along the park.
If you’re not familiar with the area, take I-985 to Exit 12 in Flowery Branch. Go west (toward Lake Lanier) on Phil Niekro Blvd. to Atlanta Highway. Cross the railroad tracks and follow the signs for Flowery Branch Park, Hideaway Bay Marina or Fish Tales Lakeside Grill.
Come out and spend the day relaxing at the Lake!!
Park pavilion can be reserved. To reserve pavilion please contact us with date and time, if date is available we will need contact name, number and email.
Please note that there are no lights at pavilion and restroom is down hill (see aerial image below).
