NOTICE - NEW CREDIT CARD FEES
Notice to Customers:
In the upcoming months, the City will be transitioning to a new more advanced software billing system citywide. This system will be able to offer more complete information and different payment methods. With this update we will be shifting to a new credit card payment system. There will be a 3.5% Service Fee for all credit and debit payments This service fee will be charged by a third-party company, Government Window, LLC, to cover the cost of the secure and convenient payment service.
