"Caroline's holds a special place in our hearts, crafted by a close-knit team with diverse backgrounds and shared passions. Our team starts with Chef Nicholas and Alison St. Clair, the owners of award winning Antebellum Restaurant and Peyton’s Pie Company. Alongside are Michael and Katie Gettys, familiar faces from Social Peach Boutique just across the street, and Michael, a former professional baseball player. Adding to our blend of expertise is Roland Stanley, co-owner of Peyton’s Pie Company, Cork It, Tap It, and The Stag. Rounding out the team is Jerry, who honed his skills as a sous chef at Antebellum for four years before stepping into restaurant ownership.

The building was once home to Liberty Candy Company - owned and cherished by Karen and Artie Ching, a beloved pillar of the Flowery Branch community. Karen and Artie played a pivotal role in Chef Nick and Alison's journey, offering unwavering support when they first opened Antebellum's doors twelve years ago. Though she is no longer with us, her legacy lives on, touching the lives of many, including Caroline, the daughter of Nick and Alison, who proudly called Karen her godmother. In a heartfelt tribute to Karen and the legacy of kindness and generosity she left behind, we chose to name our new restaurant Caroline’s on Main.
