City Hall Progress
The 18,000 sq.ft project includes a Community Room that spills out into a large plaza area allowing the city and it’s citizens an opportunity to use the facility in many different ways. The building houses the City Administration functions, including the Planning & Development department, Court, Council Sessions, Utilities, the Finance Department and also houses the Police Department in the lower level with it’s own separate entrance. The building and site construction costs are estimated to be $4.4M and should be completed by year end.
