Burn Permit
Does Flowery Branch allow outdoor burning?
Yes. From October 1st - April 30th outdoor burning is allowed. Individuals MUST call the Hall County Fire Marshal's Burn Permit hotline at 770-536-2442 for open burning information and to obtain a burning permit for the day of the burn. Land clearing operations require a different permit, and can be obtained by calling 770-531-6838.
