Flowery Branch Farmers Market is a partnership of small local farmers, artisans, crafters and bakers who serve the community by providing naturally good items to help your family eat and live fresh. Come join us for a stroll through the market booths, enjoy live music and maybe learn a thing or two from our local experts. We've worked hard to plan a fun, entertaining and educational market for our Flowery Branch friends and neighbors. We bring the best of fresh and local produce in Flowery Branch and handmade goods to our community.

Summer Market opens May 2 and runs through Sept 26th on Thursday afternoons from 3:30pm - 7pm

Winter Market is twice a month on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays Oct 10th - April 25th from 3:30pm - 6:30pm

How large is the market?

There are about 40 spaces at the market. Since space is limited, the organizers will limit participation to vendors who are available each week. Additional vendors may be added on a space available basis.

How much does it cost to be a vendor?

An assigned space will be available to participants who pay a one-time permit fee of $100.00 per space for the season. Double-booth space is available for $200. (double booth spaces may be limited). The maximum amount of space that may be rented by a participant is a double space. A fee of $25 per day per space is charged for those unable to commit to full-time participation. Booth space may not be shared or leased to others.

What are the hours and where is it located?

Summer Market Season will be held weekly on Thursdays, May 2 through September 26, except for July 04 (Independence Day). Summer Hours are from 3:30-7pm.Winter market will reopen in October through April and will be held on the 2^nd & 4^th Thursday from 3:30-6:30pm. Rain or Shine

What does my space include?

Vendor space will be an 8 ft wide under the pavilion. No 10ft Canopy under the Pavilion. It is the Vendor(s) responsibility to provide Tent, Tables, Chairs, Canopy Weights, Display Signs, Trash Bags. etc. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE All 4 Legs of your canopy weighted down or be subjected to being asked to leave the Market. All Vendors MUST clean up their area/space before leaving. If the vendor space is not cleaned, the vendor will be subject to a $25 fine per occurrence. The Market’s location will be at the Market Pavilion. It is the vendor's responsibility to provide tent, tables, chairs, canopy weights, display signs, trash bags etc.

What type of products are sold at the market?

Fresh produce, jams and jellies, honey, bread, pies, cakes and cookies, dog treats and crafts. The Flowery Branch Farmers Market follows the Guidelines for Food Products Sold at Events Sponsored by Non-Profit Organizations distributed by the Georgia Department of Agriculture. Additional products may be sold when a copy of the current licenses issued by the proper authorities are presented: dairy products, eggs, low acid/acidified foods, meat products, organic products and plants. Other products that may be sold include flowering container baskets, herbs, trees, and non-consumable items such as soaps, lotions or candles that are made and sold by the product creator. No business reselling is allowed.

Who is the Market Manager?

Renee Carden is the operator of the Farmers Market in Flowery Branch in cooperation with the City of Flowery Branch. She has helped produce the Flowery Branch Block Parties and other community events.
