You must upload the following additional documents at the time of submittal:

• Current Survey of Property
• Zoning Application
• Signed statement authorizing City of Flowery Branch staff and/or City Council to inspect the subject property
• Annexation of 100 or more acres of land requires an official request to amend the character area and future land use map designation for the subject property

• Site Plan meeting the requirements of Flowery Branch Code of Ordinances; Appendix C, “Zoning Ordinance”, Article 34 section 34.5
• Development statistics per the Flowery Branch Code of Ordinances; Appendix C, “Zoning Ordinance”, Article 34 section 34.6
• Analysis requirements per the Flowery Branch Code of Ordinances; Appendix C, “Zoning Ordinance”, Article 34 section 34.7
• Signed statement authorizing City of Flowery Branch staff and/or City Council to inspect the subject property
