Water Stone Crossing, a Northstar Builders and Developers property just off I-985 in Flowery Branch in Hall County, will include about 200 units when complete. It features the kind of amenities sought by everyone from first-time homebuyers to those transitioning from a larger home to something smaller.

The fee simple townhomes are priced from $132,900 to $138,900 and range from about 1,600 to just under 1,700 square feet. They feature single-car garages that are built extra deep, allowing for a car and additional storage.
