Sterling on the Lake, the new 1,700 home, master-planned community developed by Newland Communities recently opened to the public. Located in Flowery Branch, the community provides residents with a centerpiece of 75 acres of breathtaking, continuous lakes and over 200 acres of open green space, Sterling on the Lake features a variety of homes. Designed as a true lakeside village, the community will provide residents with access to walking trails, playgrounds, small parks and lakes.
