On November 7, 2007 at the City’s Council Meeting Mayor Hirling presented plaques of appreciation and $100.00 gift cards to Utility Billing Clerk Martha Stephens and Court Clerk Yvonne Barron in recognition of 10 years of service with the City of Flowery Branch The Plaques read as follows:
