Officer Jackels of the Flowery Branch Police Department tries out the new 1 horsepower patrol vehicle while watching for speeders. Given today's fuel prices, this vehicle is very efficient with a mileage rating 30 mpb (miles per bag of oats). Although the City has concerns about the vehicle emissions, the EPA has asked only that the City keep the vehicle tested for emissions on a regular basis. Now the only questions for the City are where do they find the nearest equestrian veterinarian and where do they place the emissions testing sticker?
