Flowery Branch Experiencing Amazing Growth

No city in Hall County is expected to grow as fast as Flowery Branch. Currently, Flowery Branch has a population of approximately 2,500 people; however, projections place that population over 10,000 as soon as 2010 “ 2012. Along with the extraordinary growth in mid-value to high-value residential properties, Flowery Branch is also currently reviewing no fewer than three major commercial projects. These projects, designed and built under very careful scrutiny by the City, will provide a very pleasing commercial corridor in Flowery Branch that citizens will enjoy. In the very near future, not only will our citizens enjoy the high standard of living in the residential sector, but they will also enjoy the convenience of shopping and dining in Flowery Branch without the need to travel into Gwinnett County. It is very important that we stress to the citizens that the Flowery Branch government is dedicated to quality growth that makes our citizens proud of the way we grow. The growth is coming “it’s inevitable, but this City Council and our senior staff intend to ensure that the growth that comes will enhance the quality of life for all citizens of Flowery Branch.
