Newland Communities Submits Final Plat Map Application for 57 New HomesPublished: 02-08-2005Newland Communities, the developer responsible for Sterling on the Lake, has submitted a Final Plat Map application for final subdivision approval of 57 lots. The lots will range from 75’ “ 150’ in width and have a standard depth of 140’. Following review by staff, the application will be presented to the City Council for approval.
