City Council Approves Contract of Dr. Jerry Weitz

The City Council has approved the contract of Weitz and Associates to prepare the City's comprehensive plan. The City is very excited to have someone of Dr. Weitz's experience and reputation of such an important task. City Planner James Riker noted that Dr. Weitz is renowned for his planning ability, currently serves as President of the Georgia Planning Association, and has been published in the planning field numerous times.
